Registration

Given the current situation of the Covid-19 virus pandemic and to the social confinement that Spain and Portugal have for all citizens, the Organizing Committee decided to cancel this year joint meeting and to organize a new joint meeting next May, 6, 7 and 8, 2021, at the University of Algarve.

New/updated information will be announced later on.  

 

 

EARLY BIRD

  • Efectivo APPE* / Titular SEPEX – 90 €
  • Aderente APPE* / Asociado SEPEX – 50 €
  • Not APPE/SEPEX associate – 150 € 
  • **UAlg Master & PhD Student – free

LATE REGISTRATION FEE

*  – APPE members will only benefit from these fees if the their APPE dues are up to date.

Registration fee includes: meeting bag, lunches and coffee breaks (May 6th and 7th) as well as conference dinner (May 7th). 

 

** – UAlg Master, PhD and Degree students ALL must register at the meeting using the form available HERE.

Conditions and Cancellation Policy:

– Please fill with the correct billing address in your participant area, so the final invoice/receipt can be issued properly;
    > in the “remarks” field, you can include a official requisition/purchase order number (“nota de encomenda/requisição oficial”) from your organization;
    > all official requisitions / purchase orders from your organization must be sent in due time to the meeting secretariat by email (secretariado@appe.pt);
    >only after receiving those official requisitions / purchase orders the invoices will be issued;
– All payments must be done by bank transfer;
    > your registration will only be validated after we receive a proof of payment;
    > after payment, please send a proof of bank transfer to the meeting secretariat by email (secretariado@appe.pt).
– If after registering you are unable to attend the Conference, you may transfer your registration to another person.
– If you are unable to transfer your registration to another person, you may request a refund of the registration fee. Please send us an email (secretariado@appe.pt).
– If you cancel your registration and submit your request for a refund earlier than March 31st, you will be refunded 100% minus costs of refunding (20 EUR).
– No refund will be possible after March 31st.
– No exception will be made to the cancellation/refund policy for registrants unable to obtain a travel Visa.
– No exception will be made to the cancellation/refund policy for registrants due to travel related issues, natural disasters, or other unexpected events.
