Three abstract submission formats are available:
- Posters (information about poster sizes will be soon available).
- Oral Presentations (Oral Presentations last approximately 15 minutes).
- Thematic Sessions (Thematic Sessions last approximately 15 minutes).
Thematic Sessions will be held during the conference as a set of oral presentations (minimum 4 papers; maximum 5) that are highly specialized in some theme.
The Thematic Sessions proposer will be the chair of the Session and he/she should submit the title and the overarching abstract for the thematic session, also mentioning the titles and the authors of the oral presentations to be included.
Each participant in the thematic session should submit individually his/her own oral presentation.
Each abstract can not exceed 180 words.
Please note that, by default, the form have a field for acknowledgements and references, which are not demanded, so do not use it.
Each abstract will be peer-reviewed (no anonymous submissions) by at least two members of the scientific committee, and accepted based on its originality, significance and clarity.
If you are a APPE associate, be sure you have all the required conditions to submit your abstract (set in the Internal APPE Regulation).

Abstract submission is now CLOSED.
PLEASE NOTE: if you did not received any communication regarding acceptance, be sure that you will, in due time – final notification is extended until February 19th. Meanwhile, login in your participant area (HERE) and check if you have any corrections to submit to your abstract (abstract status emails sent could be lost or in SPAM).
If you are a APPE member, please keep in mind that abstract ACCEPTANCE requires that at least one of the authors must pay the APPE fee membership.
